New HIV/AIDS Strategies. New Community. Memory Work 2011.

Following the previous successes of the SPAU Wakiso Memory Work Project 2010, Aids-Hilfe Schweiz has pledged to support SPAU and Cooperaid, to translate a similar model of community interventions to fight HIV/AIDS stigma and misinformation in Mukono district by developing the skills and confidence of single parents there to enable them challenge prevailing norms and customs that put them at higher risks of catching HIV and introducing them to strategies of Memory Work to enable them curb the spread of HIV as well as plan better for the futures of their children.
